Fruit Medley

Last week I bought some fruit just for the purpose of photographing it...I'm quite certain I'm not alone on this!
The last two shots were taken with my kit lens, as my macro lens stopped auto focusing. Thankfully it was still under warranty...although I have a hard time actually being thankful that it broke within the first year...

Note: I just received my macro lens in the mail today - fixed and ready to go! I must say that I am blown away at the level of customer service and speed of repair from Sigma. They had my lens fixed (free of charge) within a day or two of receiving it and I had it back in my hands 9 days from the date I mailed it in!!

  18. Love that very first shot - you can see every vein in the skin of the berries. Which is why I guess I so very much want a macro lens! However you did an amazing job with the raspberries too - I don't think I could do anything like this with my lens!
