Over the weekend we went to a charity event for the Shepard Rader Foundation. (if you click the link, be sure to take tissues) As we were leaving, our daughter found the prettiest fluffy flower! ;) She wanted to take it home, but our yard is a dandelion free zone and we want to keep it that way, so she blew the seeds off before we left.

I don't drink hard liquor - I'm more of a microbrew kind of gal - but I thought this shot (pun intended) turned out pretty cool with the high contrast black and white.

This is one of the last flowers I think we'll find on our trail until next Spring.
I used a bokeh overlay, which you can download here!

ReplyDeleteYour photos always amaze me. I love them all. The tones in the dandelion shot are wonderful. I also love the sharp contrast in the B&W, and the depth of feild in that last one: amazing!
