A Frosty Christmas

Snowglobe in B&W

My MIL collects Hallmark Frosty ornaments.
..well, she collects a lot of Hallmark ornaments, but she has one tree dedicated to these adorable ones!
(I'll try to remember to take a photo of it for you when we're there over Christmas...in fact, I may just photograph their entire house because it's all so awesome!)
I love her Frosties so much that when we saw the snowglobes, we got one for our house too!

This shot is my official entry for the LEM challenge this week.

But I thought it looked cute in color, too.

  2. Love it! It's awesome how the b&w makes the bokeh even more sparkly.

  3. That little figurine is so cute looking probably pleased as punch to have such a beautiful bokeh surrounding him. Rosie

  4. Love the black and white! I had no idea they had this snow globe! Is that from this year? We had most of those ornaments, not the very first ones, they are so . . . expensive! but I think our oldest is from 1983 and then all the way up to 2011, most of them I have bought for my daughter, everything from 1996 and beyond is hers, the rest are mine. My favourite thought and the ones I buy every year is the Noah's Ark or anything with the Nativity scene, LOVE those!
