One of the pretty surprises we had when we moved into our house nearly two years ago was two beautiful clematis plants in the back corner of our yard.
They are two different varieties and these photos are of the one with larger, somewhat lighter purple blooms.

I have a Jackmanii Clematis that looks very much like this one -- just gorgeous, aren't they?

Just a beautiful series of up-close shots - such detail! Sadly, my clematis has not come up this year!
ReplyDeleteYou lucky girl that is perfect. Mine is blooming any day now, it is white. It is just in so difficult place to shoot, we will see do I get any shots. There is many many beautiful clematis what I would love to shoot.
