Me, My Girl & Iris

...did anyone get that title?!
It was supposed to be a spoof off of the movie title "Me, Myself and Irene".
Anyway, on to the photos!!

This was taken by my 5 year old son with my dslr.
I think I did a pretty good job hiding my nervousness!

And here are the irises.
Normally I have such difficulty photographing these particular flowers, but for whatever reason this day was a good one!

  3. Funny, I initially thought you were referring to your irises (as in your eyes!) so my eyes went straight to your eyes in the first photo. LOL DUH SHERI!

Great shots and beautiful irises...either way you look at it.

  8. hahaha I was babysitting twin boys the other weekend, we went to the zoo and they got really excited about borrowing my camera for pictures. Such a piece of equipment in the hands of a six year old was enough to make me hold my breath. I'm sure I didn't look as calm as you do!! :) Beautiful photos!

  14. You are brave! I have only let the kids & hubs touch my camera a couple times. Freaks me out. Which is why I gave my daughter an old one of mine. No way I could relax otherwise. :)

I think he did a VERY good job!! I am absolutely LOVING your edit on the flowers! So pretty!

  21. Very occasionally I let my 5-year-old hold my camera. Really nervous every time. Your son did a good job though. My 8-year-old has her own camera to play around with and that is just nice little point and shoot.
