Scripture & a Snapshot - Week 65 thru Week 67

Winter Bokeh - 8x10 Fine Art Abstract Photography Print - Circular Light Reflected from Ice on Trees - Soft & Calming Home Decor Photo

As he considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream. “Joseph, son of David,” the angel said, “do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife. For the child within her was conceived by the Holy Spirit. And she will have a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.”
Matthew 1:20-21

(Scripture & a Snapshot will only have one link up for the next few weeks. Please feel free to link up each week!)

Want to join in this challenge?
Here's how to participate:

1. Select a scripture.
My hope is that each week you will search your Bible and select a verse that has meaning for you.
Here's a link to a good Bible verse search engine.

2. Add a photo to it.
I hope that you will chose a photo that goes with your chosen scripture, and not just throw these two elements together. The photo can be from your archives or a new shot. Please only use your own photos. You can have the scripture on your photo, below it, make a collage - however you want, as long as the two elements are together!

3. Put the Scripture & a Snapshot button in your post.
You won't be deleted or banned if you don't. It just helps spread the word...and the Word. ;)

It also helps visitors from the blog hop quickly identify your Scripture & a Snapshot post.

4. Come back here and link up your post.
Please link directly to your Scripture & a Snapshot post, not the home page of your blog.

  6. Love this bokeh image, Katie! Christmas is such a perfect time to capture it, and you did it so beautifully!

It's been awhile, again, but I'm glad to be entering this week, late though it is! I suppose I should have done one with more of a Christmas message, but with the New Year upon us I thought I'd go ahead and enter one for that. Was reading a bit and catching up here with you ... hope your move has gone well, and you're getting settled in! Moving isn't an easy task ... we're in the house hunting mode, ourselves! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas, too, and I hope your New Year is equally blessed!!
