Today is Seth and my sixth anniversary!
He's been gone a lot lately for work so we're planning to celebrate with a quiet night at home...a movie, a home cooked dinner and some wine! neighborhood dinner party potluck consisting of real southern gumbo, pheasant, potato salad and a knock-your-socks-off dessert.
{I'm in charge of dessert, so if anyone knows a knock-your-socks-off recipe please share! I do not want to be known in our new neighborhood as the girl who can't cook...even though it's true. ;)}

As it happens, our church is currently in the middle of a 6-week sermon series about Love, Sex & Marriage.
I highly recommend watching one or all of the sermons!

Happy Anniversary Dear Friend!!!! ummm Am lookign for dessert for you, but may be too late.
ReplyDeleteHappy anniversary, Katie! This is an easy, delicious recipe. I use half caramel and half fudge topping. And mini chocolate chips instead of Heath. Yum! It's usually known as Better Than Sex Cake, but based on your sermon series, you might want to go with the ALMOST Better Than Sex Cake version. ;-)
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary!!!!
