But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Galatians 5:22-23
This morning our family went blueberry picking at a local farm.
There were literally hundreds of people there...all with bags and bags full of fruit! We've never been to this farm before, so I was a little worried the crop would be sparse when we arrived at the fields.
However, the bushes were still overflowing with an abundance of fruit!
It is in these moments that I am reminded of Christ's abundant love...that He has plenty to give and will never run out!

ReplyDeleteLove the truth of this, that He never runs out of love for us. We passed a few strawberry and blueberry fields on our adventure to Charleston yesterday. My husband and mother in law have a joke about picking berries because when he was a kid she made him pick them and he hated it. So now, every time we pass a field she kids him about it, says, "let's go and pick berries." Happy Pentecost Sunday to you Katie. Beautiful photo btw.
