This is a little alligator keychain. Sometimes when we (meaning my kids and I) go to the JoAnn's (a craft store for those not familiar), I'll let them pick something off the $1 shelf if they have been well behaved and I have an extra 40% off coupon. This was one of those things...and it's surprisingly well made for being $1...er, $0.60.
I have a sneaking suspicion that during the winter months, there will be a lot of macro shots of toys.
You've been warned.
We have a Dollar Tree here and it is one of my son's favorite places to visit! I love the processing!
ReplyDeleteNeat! I look forward to more toy shots. Great perspective and creativity
ReplyDeleteI know this story well. My kids love the dollar bins - especially at Target. Very cool shot!
ReplyDeleteReally like this perspective and processing here! Lovely!
ReplyDelete"after while crocodile!" Great shot. I love toy macros. BTW--we do the same thing with the $ shelf--instant kid pleaser :)
ReplyDeleteVery cool. I love your perspective.
ReplyDeleteGreat perspective and processing! I look forward to seeing more toy shots.
ReplyDeleteOh yes. Dollar bins. They are the greatest aren't they, I won't even tell you how many dollar dinosaurs there are around this house! Cute shot, I like the processing. I'll be doing a lot of shots like that too.
ReplyDeleteI think the dollar store or dollar bins will become my friends during winter. I'll need cheap entertainment.
ReplyDeleteLove the lovely dollar bins, ya never know what you're gonna get!
ReplyDeleteLove this post. We have a Micheals and Jo ann Fabrics here. The dollar bins rock.
ReplyDeleteNo children here, but I might buy some toys just to have 'subjects,' too! In the thumbnail, the alligator looked real!
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat photo. I like the perspective.
ReplyDeleteBut it's a fun macro shot and at the end of the week, much appreciated!
ReplyDeleteI love the composition and the perspective. Great shot!
ReplyDeleteOh I so love this, absolutely stunning and the tones make this photograph, what a fantastic idea and it really is brilliant, one of my favourite of yours.
ReplyDeleteI can only agree with what has already been said: I love the perspective and the tones - great shot!
ReplyDeleteCool shot!
