Quick Note: We were out of town over the weekend with no internet access, so I'm trying to get caught up on returning comments from the weekend. So it may take me a little bit to reply - don't worry, I'm not avoiding you! :)
I was outside shooting the Fall leaves and noticed one lone, full clematis bloom laying on the ground amidst all the dead leaves. It was really pretty and surprising to see, so I got down on the wet ground and shot this.
THat purple is AMAZING! So deep and dramatic. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteLove the clematis. Here we too had gas lines checked all up and down and around our house. Kind of scary since two houses here blow up.
ReplyDeleteThese are great. I love that flower. So pretty!
ReplyDeleteThese are so beautiful - I love the vibrant colors!

Oooh, I am in love with that purple in the first shot. Just lovely!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flower shot!
ReplyDeleteLove the flower!
ReplyDeleteThat is one bold flower left standing alone. You can come escape down south when your first snow is on its way. :)
ReplyDeleteI love them both! I never would have thought of the flags. :0) Love the bright purple!
ReplyDeleteGreat macro and the flags are great textured! I am playing catch up too. :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful colors. The petals are amazingly detailed. The flags seem strangely delicate. Very nice. -- Bom @ www.plantchaser.com
