I shared this same shot in color on Sunday, but thought it took on a more 'dreaming' quality in black and white.
The theme at Simplicity is Simple Beauty.
I can think of no simpler beauty than that of my daughter.
She doesn't need or worry about make up or doing her hair just right.
She plays dress up because it's fun, not because she's trying to impress anyone.
And she doesn't fret over body parts that aren't perfect to someone else, because they are perfect for her.
We have several clumps of decorative grass in our landscaping. Normally, I wouldn't classify many of them as pretty, however this one from our backyard struck my fancy one day. The soft and subtle, muted colors possessed such a quiet beauty that I had to capture it!
Thank you!!! :) I got the idea for the weekly-color thing from different blogs. :) Have you ever seen http://mellowyellowmonday.blogspot.com/? That's one of the places I got the idea from. I think that doing this is a good way to see different blogs, get advertisement for mine, and to see lots of different pictures! :)
I still love that stunning first shot! love it! (did you add bokeh to it too?) and yes time for your self is what people need sometimes. thanks for the sweet comments. ;) okay I just cant get over that shot! her little lips... oooooo...
Thank you for your visit and comment! I read and value each and every one. I am no longer able to keep up with returning comments on blogs, but please know that your visit and comment is greatly appreciated!
